As an ICF-credentialed PCC Coach, Dilip works extensively with CEOs, CXOs, and Functional Heads across reputed organizations worldwide. He advises senior leaders on strategic challenges, leadership transitions, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation. His coaching engagements are known for creating deep, lasting, and transformational change.

Dilip is a strong advocate of coaching as a core business strategy, not a standalone intervention. He has designed and implemented frameworks to embed coaching into leadership, engagement, and performance systems, enabling organizations to build a sustainable culture of coaching.

In recognition of his pioneering work, Dilip became the only coach in Asia to receive the prestigious ICF PRISM Award (2014) at the ICF Global Conference, Brazil, honoring excellence in embedding coaching at an organizational level.

Before founding DriveGrowth, Dilip held HR leadership and top management roles with leading organizations across sectors. He last served as President & Group Head – Human Resources at JK Organization and prior to that at Reliance Retail Ltd. His corporate experience includes leading change management initiatives, people and OD strategies, business process improvement, and leadership capability building, giving him deep credibility with business leaders.

A passionate coach and inspiring speaker, Dilip is committed to taking coaching beyond organizations to foster empathy, compassion, and human-centric leadership. He has been invited to speak at international conferences and forums across USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Italy, Thailand, Jordan, Poland, and other global locations.
