Dilip Misra is the Founder & CEO of DriveGrowth and a highly respected Executive & Personal Coach, HR thought leader, and strategic advisor with over 40 years of experience across diverse industries in India and globally. He partners with organizations and senior leaders to drive sustainable business growth through people.

With a strong foundation in business strategy, leadership development, and organizational psychology, Dilip brings a powerful combination of practical business experience and deep coaching insight. His work focuses on enabling leaders to create clarity, shift mindsets, and deliver measurable business results.

In recognition of his pioneering work, Dilip became the only coach in Asia to receive the prestigious ICF PRISM Award (2014) at the ICF Global Conference, Brazil, honoring excellence in embedding coaching at an organizational level.

Before founding DriveGrowth, Dilip held HR leadership and top management roles with leading organizations across sectors. He last served as President & Group Head – Human Resources at JK Organization and prior to that at Reliance Retail Ltd. His corporate experience includes leading change management initiatives, people and OD strategies, business process improvement, and leadership capability building, giving him deep credibility with business leaders.
